Born and raised on the beautiful Westchester Country Club grounds in Rye, NY, Kaitlin is very knowledgeable about the surrounding towns and the priceless qualities that make up each community.
After graduating from Villanova University in 2010 with a major in communications and a minor in business, Kaitlin went to work for a B2B/Consumer public relations agency, where not only did she do PR, but also marketing and event planning. This hectic agency life, helped Kaitlin truly develop the skills for turning something stressful into a fun and gratifying experience for clients.
After buying, selling, and renovating her own homes throughout Westchester County, Kaitlin decided to take the leap and turn her passion for real estate into a business. Additionally, Kaitlin has always loved decorating the homes of her friends and family members. Having the skills to create beautiful spaces only strengthens Kaitlin’s ability to help buyers see a home’s potential and sellers stage a home to maximize its value.
