Our home sale was was complex-riddled with anxiety and stress and required imagination and salesmanship. As such we interviewed dozens of agents, were referred to many more, and none had the vision or out of box logic we required like Jessica. This was a family home my mother lived in for 40 years. This was not just “some house” and as such this was emotional- a sea change for my Mother and myself. Jessica not only had parallel vision, but she also had the empathy and desire to understand the human element. Jessica spent a great deal of time with my Mother, visiting, assisting, checking in on a daily basis. She was able to adapt to what seemed like endless last minute challenges and devise solutions that brought these challenges to a swift resolve. She was an excellent mediator with an extremely difficult buyer. She diplomatically and strategically knew when to push and when to pull back regarding the closing which is an art. Ultimately we ended up with $300k over asking and almost double what other agents said we would sell for. The results were astounding. We always knew what the house was worth and Jessica was the only one that believed in the home like we did. In conclusion, for all the above mentioned reasons and more that I simply can’t articulate we can’t recommend Jessica enough. She has the vision, compassion, imagination, and experience to maximize the result and streamline the process. She genuinely cares about us as clients and people and we plan on remaining close with her for years to come.

Jessica was an absolute pleasure to work with. We first met her a year before our current search when we were looking for a rental. Although we eventually settled on a rental house for which she was not the listing agent, she still answered all our questions on house rentals and even offered to go through our initial contract as we we dealt directly with the owner ( no fee). So when the time came for us to buy, we went back to her. She remembered everything about us and our preferences. We began our search online during the pandemic and she was very patient with all our requirements. She is exceptionally responsive by phone, text or email. Jess was so knowledgeable with the area of CT that had a house we were interested in. She got us a walk through right away and showed us other houses in the area.
